“My practice starts with a foundation of profound respect and compassion. I then utilize the power of the therapeutic relationship, fostering understanding between partners, mindfulness techniques, and our growing knowledge of neuroscience to facilitate change. I am engaged, directive, patient, and I believe in finding humor and perspective everywhere. I look forward to working with you! ”
